- Where and when you purchased the cigar(s)
- How you were storing the cigar(s)
- Where and when you smoked the cigar(s)
- A description of the issue you had with the cigar(s)
- Proof of purchase. A simple photo of the bad cigar (with band), preferably with receipt, will do.
In order to replace anything, we must have proof of purchase.
