My cigar had a tight draw/cracked wrapper/etc. How do I get a replacement?

Please send us with the following information through the Submit A Request page and we will respond within 24-48 hours.

  1. Where and when you purchased the cigar(s)
  2. How you were storing the cigar(s)
  3. Where and when you smoked the cigar(s)
  4. A description of the issue you had with the cigar(s)
  5. Proof of purchase. A simple photo of the bad cigar (with band), preferably with receipt, will do.

In order to replace anything, we must have proof of purchase.
